Two Points of View (Part 2)
Inspired by Game of the Scene improv theory, the second of this two-part workshop series offers participants a chance to practice a distinctive approach for communicating and exploring comedic ideas with scene partners. Using two points of view, improvisers will be "going deep" with their comedy, working together to realize the full potential of individual ideas. Exercises will showcase the ways that narrowing character perspectives can establish a clearer path to connecting with scene partners. In the process, participants will experience the satisfying challenge of collaboratively tapping into singular comedic ideas. *Participants do not need to have attended part one of this workshop series to sign up for part two, though they will benefit from having the knowledge and skills to build upon.
